POOMS Collaborations

We believe that collaboration between management scholars & practitioners is pivotal to advancing the development & communication of relevant management science to practitioner audiences (research-to-practice), and from practice to literature (practice-to-research), thereby bridging the research silos that exist in management science. As a result, we are building a suite of tools aimed at fostering collaborations between management academia and scholar-practitioners.

Our Communities

Our communities are reflective of the management research domains we currently cover and they function just like any social networking site. To join a community, simply sign up for a POOMS account or login if you already have one, visit the communities page and select the POOMS collaboration community(ies) you would like to belong to. Request to join, and an admin will grant you access. Once in your community, you can follow other community members to see their posts and activities; exchange files; post, like and share textual, image and video content; and create and collaborate on research projects.

Find the Right Community

Connect. Communicate. Collaborate. Co-create.
Find and join the right POOMS collaboration community today and connect with management scholars or practitioners to communicate and discuss research findings, form collaborative partnerships and co-create on new research or projects. While POOMS collaboration communities are thematically organized around current POOMS journal domains, community memberships are open to all management academics, researchers and practitioners irrespective of whether they publish in a POOMS journal or not. See all POOMS collaboration communities below. Users are free to join more than one community. You can also view community feeds here.
