To maximize the utility of management research insights for management practitioners while simultaneously catering to the needs of the scholarly community, POOMS has pioneered a novel dual format publication model that ensures that each successfully processed manuscript leads to two publications - one relevance and usage-impact optimized format called Poomslays for practitioner audiences & a regular research article for management scholarly audiences.
